I have the honour to inform you that an
application has been received by this Government from
Mrs Ethel Libert, widow of the late Mr Charles John Nihell
Libert, for the transfer to her name of the £100 stock
purchased by her late husband in the British 5 War Loan..
2. Mr Libert died on the 17th February last.
He left a will under which Mrs Libert is the sole beneficiary
and of which she is the Executrix. The will was proved
in the Supreme Court in this Colony on the 27th June 1921.
3. I shall be obliged if you will obtain and
forward the necessary form of power of attorney for
completion by Mrs Libert to enable you to act or her behalf
in connection with the desired transfer.
